Blades of Green offers an extended training program that teaches you all that you need to know to be successful in your role. What does that entail? New team members are partnered with a senior team member for at least four weeks before functioning in their role "on their own". What’s even more exciting? Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We have all encountered them - bumps in the road of life. Blades of Green knows that those bumps might require some professional assistance to get through them. That is why we offer a no cost program through Uprise Health for our team members and their families. Some of the benefits include free counseling services, legal advice, financial planning tools, parental resources and so much more!
