Employee Training

Don't know anything about our industry? That’s ok! Neither did 98% of our team members before joining the company. Here is the good news! Blades of Green offers an extended training program that teaches you all that you need to know to be successful in your role. What does that entail? New team members are partnered with a senior team member for at least four weeks before functioning in their role "on their own". What’s even more exciting? If you have a passion for learning and want to learn something new, we’ll support that too!
