Sales Representative (Full Time)

Daily Responsibilities
  • Answer calls and document interactions
  • Interact with prospects to qualify their needs
  • Explain company services and match to identified needs
  • Close sales and schedule initial services
  • Make outbound calls to cross-sell and up-sell clients
  • Introduce additional service and/or product lines to new and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of sales activities
  • Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in occasional off-site sales and marketing events
  • Provide back-up for client service team
  • Mentor, coach and train technician sales team
  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • At least one year of experience in customer service
  • Availability to work between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:30 pm with seasonal Saturday hours
  • Experience communicating with clients over the phone
  • Experience talking and typing simultaneously

Joining the team in 2017, Mary started out as the office assistant adding two teaspoons of sugar to every dose of medicine she hands out to her colleagues. She is also very good at singing, dancing, and using her umbrella as a transportation device, especially during rain storms.
