Aeration and Seeding Helper

We are seeking client-service oriented individuals to provide exceptional service as an Aeration and Seeding crew member. This position provides a unique opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment providing an essential service to our clients for the Fall season. You’ll become an expert in applying our company products to improve the health of our client's lawns. Lawn Care Technician (Edgewater, MD) (Full Time)

As a Lawn Care Technician with Blades of Green you play an important role in maintaining the relationships with our clients. In fact, in most situations, our technicians are the only face-to-face contact our clients have with our company. In addition to properly executing a superior service, lawn care technicians are responsible for doing a thorough property inspection and being environmental stewards of our clients’ property. There is no doubt that this role is hard work, but more than that, it is rewarding, especially when you have the opportunity to see the results of your labor as you return to a client's property throughout the year.

Lawn Care Technician (Springfield, VA) (Full Time)

As a Lawn Care Technician you won’t be tied to a desk, you’ll be out and about — mobile and independent. You will take the lead for providing routine service to residential and commercial clients, on route-based assignments, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each location. You’ll become an expert in applying our company products to improve the health of our client's lawns. Our Techs serve as a problem solver for clients by utilizing our in-depth training program to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each client's unique needs. Lawn Technicians are trained to identify and alert clients of additional service offerings that provide value to the client, helping with sales to current clients, and expanding our services to new clients.

Outbound Solutions Specialist

At Blades of Green our Outbound Solutions Specialists (OSS) work in partnership with our technicians and inside sales teams to build relationships and provide solutions for our current clients. In addition, to making the initial contact with any new web-based prospects, the OSS team follow up on technician findings and recommendations from client properties and share the benefits of adding further property protection. Each OSS has a team of technicians that they work closely with, and together they provide the best ongoing experience for our clients.

Outside Sales Representative

Convert potential customers into customers through door-to-door canvassing efforts. Provide landscape analysis and sell lawn care, tree care, pest control and other services. Supports all sales efforts in geographic area. May support telephone sales work as needed.

Pest Technician (Full-Time)

As a Pest Control Technician with Blades of Green you are a true “superhero”! Oftentimes when our clients contact us with a pest problem they are riddled with disgust, anxiety and often fear. That is until our amazing technicians come in and “save the day”. In addition to ensuring that we are maintaining a relationship with our clients by solving their pest problems, pest technicians work hard to educate our clients and create a lasting partnership. Individuals in this role might need to use ladders, crawl under small, hard to reach places and tackle some difficult problems. But, the good news is that once you have worked to develop a solution with the client, you feel pride in the work that you have done and who you’ve been able to help.

Revenue Conservation Specialist

At Blades of Green, our Revenue Conservation Specialists need to be able to solve problems effectively and efficiently, providing one-call resolution, multi-task, including talking on the phone and typing on the computer at the same time, and handle difficult situations with clients with care and poise. Individuals who enjoy helping others would be ideal for this role. In addition to customer service experience, the ideal candidate will have experience in a call center type environment, handling cancellation requests and collecting payments.

Same Day Next Day Router

At Blades of Green, our culture is vital to our success. One of the most important statements we live by is "One Team". As a Same Day/Next Day Router, your responsibility is to communicate effectively throughout the day with technicians to make them aware of any schedule or route changes and ensure, to the best of your ability, technicians get back to the shop at the end of the day around the same time. The position requires someone who is solutions oriented, great at building interpersonal relationships, who can solve problems, and think "outside the box". This role is critical to the overall efficiency of the Production department, and attention to detail is a must.
